Did you know?

There are more bacteria in your mouth then there are people in the world.

Myth: Margarine is better than butter.

Fact: There is nothing to say that either is better or worse. Butter contains saturated fat and cholesterol, which in high doses can be unhealthy. Margarine contains trans-fats which are also like saturated fats. Basically, both should be limited in a healthy diet.
